Meet the founder

Jenna N. Garcia, PA-C

Welcome to Inner Ascension Healing Institute! My name is Jenna Garcia, and I am a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) practicing in Integrative Behavioral Health with over a decade of clinical experience, primarily in behavioral health. I take a holistic, integrative, and non-pathologizing approach designed to facilitate clients in their healing and growth. In addition to my clinical training, I hold certifications in psychedelic-assisted therapies, somatic attachment therapy, and holistic life coaching.

I am passionate about supporting individuals in identifying their goals and taking intentional steps toward improved health and well-being, and at the heart of my work are the values of compassion, acceptance, and open-mindedness. More About the Founder

On a personal note, I grew up in Pennsylvania and have always enjoyed experiencing different cultures and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, from medical mission trips in Costa Rica and Peru, to studying abroad in Spain, to traveling throughout all 50 states. Some of my hobbies and interests include spending time with family and friends, traveling, nature, hiking, animals, reading novels, and puzzles.

My interest in psychedelic medicine began during a period of major life transitions, while I was navigating my own autoimmune health challenges. Through my personal healing journey, I developed a deeper understanding of the connection between emotional and physical well-being, including how early survival patterns can influence long-term health. Experiencing the potential of holistic medicine inspired me to help bridge traditional Western medical approaches with psychedelic medicine. I now take a special interest in supporting individuals as they explore different aspects of their well-being and develop deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
